There is a coin laundry available for use (see the map). It is currently $1.50 per washer and $1.50 for the dryer. Disclaimer, we do not own these machines and do not control the costs. Use at your discretion.

Small pets are welcome and will require a $25 pet fee.

We have a smart lock. You are assigned a unique code. There is a beacon that communicates to the lock. It has as a DO NOT remove sticker on it. If you unplug it, the door will not be able to be uncontrolled. Also, the door sticks. Please pull the handle toward you when locking and unlocking the property.

There are community gazebos and places to gather in the community.

You are welcome to walk down to the water and enjoy a fire in the community beach. However, we do not recommend you swim. The water is incredibly rough and there are no lifeguards to assist you. There are two great beaches within 5 - 6 miles (Walnut Park and Geneva State Park Beach ).

Guests have complete access to the entire cabin, with the exception of the loft and shed (where we store our personal items). Due to the lack of stair access and due to an abundance of caution, we are restricting access to the loft that is only accessible via a ladder.

We have two spots. You are welcome to park two cars. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate boats, water vehicles, etc.

You can access the park for free - basketball, volleyball, track, pavilions. We do not provide equipment for these, plan accordingly.
